Just decided to write the very first blog of mine in the diary entry style. Although blogging nowadays consists of varied forms of writing styles but its filiation was itself with the diary style. Whenever I used to write my diary there was so much to spill off. But now I got baffled.
Diary style is comparatively easy to write , topic can go anywhere from nowhere but it's only easy blabbing, sitting in the room alone than to tip people the wink. But as I have decided to spill it out so there's no point of discussing it. So, let's straight away jump into today's topic of discussion. As a blogger you have to conversate with so many people simultaneously without actually being in kinda conversation. Your message should be that much effective enough that anyone who reads get easily influenced.
Many times observe people facing problem with communication. It's the most essential topic and has to be talked about. When it comes to communication , people usually consider it as the ability to read, write and speak English language proficiently. Is it really so ?
Does someone having good fluency level , a good communicator too ? The answer is a big NO . English is just a language , merely a channel to code and decode the opinions, emotions , feelings that one has. It doesn't have anything to do with how good or bad your communication skills are ? You can choose any channel to interchange your thoughts with the world. Infact so many times we communicate without the use of any language . Just through the facial and bodily expressions we interchange ! See, how birds, animals reciprocate to each other. Even silence has its own language. So, while communicating we should be well awared before proceeding further.
It's undoubtedly becomes important to pay attention whether people are interpreting the same as we want them to. So, here comes the role of various components of our communication. These are encoding, medium of transmission, decoding and feedback. These are all technical terms . In simple words we can say these are language, tone , expressions , body language etc. We should be specific enough while using these. Because communication is simply the combined effect of all these components.
People generally take it on a serious note while being in any formal conversation but it is equally important to be awared during an informal too. So, many times it does happen that people do not reach to us just because of the poor conversations we had. Relationships may shatter , because you aren't able to reciprocate the same as your partner wants you to. May be you had but your partner couldn't reach to the mark.
So while communicating it is very very necessary to show some kinda solicitousness towards the feedback other person giving you. These are not necessarily always shown directly, sometimes we need to be considerate about the hints too. These skills are not developed in one-two days. It takes long to cultivate them in our lives. But when we do so , results are marvellous .
There are so many agencies, companies and institutions providing you with the courses to improve it . Everyone nowadays is focussing on the skill and wants to master it because the Gucci suits can't bring you the glory you want . Owning this skill , means the world owing some respect to you , coz money can't buy the personality you fuckin run behind. Create the aura you want to surround yourself in by investing some time in captivating these skills in you.
You'll always wonder why one of the two people succeed in accomplishing the goals they want while other remain a dud even when it is too close to call. This is because of one extra trait he has been grooming for last so many significant years that is how to Communicate .
So, it gonna impact your persona, inner you and thusly your whole life for all the time. When some thing is so profoundly fruitful then only the dumbassses will wait for the felicitous moments to indulge themselves in such a righteous activity. Not to worry , not everyone get the fluke to get acquainted with the fortune on time !
